Sawadika 🙏 I’m Junya.
Suddenly, I left the company the other day. It’s been about 7 months since I moved to Thailand, and I made this decision.
There are two reasons: sales are not suitable and my boss cannot respect me.
The reason why the first business is not suitable is that even if you get an appointment, you do not actually talk and the silence continues, and even if you chat, the conversation does not continue. The number one reason is that I don’t think it’s fun to work.
The reason why the second boss can’t be respected is that new graduates who normally work for the first time will understand, but I think that seniors will teach me to some extent, but in my case that is all. For the time being, go alone. Do as many as you can. One point. So I can’t feel free to ask questions, and I just have a wall with my boss.
However, recently my boss invited me to eat for the first time after 7 months, is it okay recently? I dared to ask, but the answer was, “Sales just meet people and get orders.” I was surprised at this. I thought he would give me a lot of work advice, but I couldn’t hear anything useful.
Even though such a boss is a salesman who is headhunted from outside the company, I can not understand why he does not try to raise his subordinates. So I thought I wouldn’t improve my skills even if I stayed at this company anymore, so I decided to quit.
By the way, the president just put pressure on himself, and every day he lost the energy to work at the company.
I haven’t decided what to do in the future, but I strongly recommend that you quit if you have any dissatisfaction with the company you are currently working for. Even if I quit, the company doesn’t collapse, and even if I work unwillingly, it’s a waste of time. I quit the company and it made me feel much better.
Life can be anything.
